<p>In a comparing unit circuit (20), successively inputted data (25) are compared by a comparator (23) and one data is outputted from a selector (24) and the other data is held in a second latching circuit (22). The circuit construction can be simplified in comparison with conventional constructions. A data order determining apparatus comprises a plurality of such comparing unit circuits (20) which are connected in series. The results of the sorting of the inputted data in accordance with a certain priority order is obtained at a high speed. Further, an image display controller displays image data overlappingly in accordance with overlapping display priority values which are sorted by the data order determining apparatus.</p> |
