PURPOSE:To obtain a new promoter useful for producing a protein using a mold as a host. CONSTITUTION:The objective mold promoter contains a base sequence which is a base sequence of the formula or its partial sequence and functions as a promoter of a mold. This promoter is obtained by cloning a highly expressing cDNA fragment from a cDNA library of a microorganism belonging to Aspergillus nidulans and then cloning the highly expressing promoter from an Aspergillus nidulans genome library using the cDNA fragment as a probe. |
