HIGH VOLTAGE GENERATION CIRCUIT

A high voltage generating circuit having Vcc sensing unit is provided to improve reliability. The generating circuit comprises: a pumping circuit((20) for pumping a first power source(Vcc) to a second power source(Vpp); an oscillator(10) for driving the pumping circuit(20); a first Vcc detecting circuit(30) for detecting the voltage level of the first power source and controlling the oscillation of the oscillator(10); and a second Vcc detecting circuit(50) for detecting the voltage level of the second power source and controlling the oscillation of the oscillator(10). Thereby, it is possible to improve using the Vcc detecting circuits.
