PURPOSE:To provide a therapeutic agent capable of quickly improving and curing athlete's foot and fungal diseases of mammals including human by taking in the form of foods, drinks, etc., without causing side effect. CONSTITUTION:The objective therapeutic agent for athlete's foot contains extract of Aspalathus linearis as an active component. It can be prepared by extracting the leaves or stalks of Aspalathus linearis with water and/or an organic solvent and distilling out the extraction solvent from the extract or by crushing the leaves or stalks of Aspalathus linearis. It may be extracted in the same manner as the decoction of conventional green tea, oolong tea or black tea. |
