A screw-type cap made of synthetic material for a container, specially bottles, is fitted with an identification placed on the top part of the screw-type cap . When the bottle is reclosed for the first time, the bottleneck presses the turning element (3) upwards until its safety tabs break and the identification on the top of the screw-type cap clearly shows that the bottle has been already opened. When the bottle is closed for the first time, element (4) turns its lower hook-like embodiment below the ring shoulder of the bottleneck and breaks the safety ring (2) partially when the bottle is opened for the first time.
