The dispensing plate (1) has at least one aperture (5a-5f) into which can be inserted replaceable insert elements (6a-6f), each contg. at least one bore. Each insert element has at least one bore of defined length and/or cross-section. The dispensing plate is made on non-hardened material and at least one of the insert elements is made of wear-resistant material, e.g. hardened steel, hard metal or ceramic. At least one insert has a wear reducing coating at least in the vicinity of its bore.
