A production method is disclosed for superfine filament yarn having excellent mechanical properties and crimping. The yarn is acquired by conjugated spinning so that the yarn has polymer having single component in B portion of the cross section and mixed components of fibril and matrix in portion B of the cross section. The sea component is polyethylene with a melting index of more than 20; and the island component and the composite portion are polyamide or polyethylene terephthalate. The spun number of the sea component is more than 100.
