A fabric pressing plate for a quilting machine is disclosed for reducing resistance of fabric feed during quilting, reducing failed back-stitch, increasing productivity, and producing various products. A pressing plate (1) is disposed on a support plate (21) of a quilting machine (20); a quilting needle (22) is disposed above a guide plate (8) and secured by a pressing axis (23); the fabric is admitted between the pressing plate (1) and the support plate (21) and is fed between an idle roller (12) and the support plate (21). The angle of the case is adjustable to produce various kinds of quilted products by loosening a bolt (11) detaching the guide plate and the fastener (5) of a case (2), followed by rotating the case to a desired angle and securing the bolt again when the thread hole (10) aligns with the fixing hole (4).
