The apparatus for installing at underground or electric pole easily comprises of a fixture(130) supporting and fixing a junction box(300), a supporting bar(120) supporting the box flexibly, a supporter(110) and a bracket(100) fixing the supporter with a clamp(112). The fixture includes a groove(131) at upper side for inserting the supporting bar, and a connection part(132) of the junction box at lower side.
