PURPOSE:To obtain the title improver excellently improving a flavor, useful for feed of chicken, comprising a butter flavor prepared by adding a lipase to butter and massoialacton as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The objective improver comprising a butter flavor prepared by hydrolyzing butter such as salt-containing butter with a lipase of ray fungus belonging to the genus Aspergillus and massoialacton as active ingredients. The blending ratio of the butter flavor and massoialacton is preferably 0.05-0.5wt.% massoialacton based on the butter flavor. |
