An opening/closing structure of throttle valve wherein a throttle valve lever(20) and a throttle position sensor lever(30) for opening/closing the throttle valve is inserted into a throttle valve shaft(10); the shape of the shaft inserting groove(21) in a throttle valve lever(20) is circular having the same diameter as the long diameter of the throttle valve shaft(10); an engaging step(22) engaged with a throttle valve shaft(10) is formed in one side of the shaft inserting groove(21); and the throttle valve lever(20) selectively moves with the shaft(10) and has an idle rotation section unrelated to the motion of the throttle position sensor lever(30) is disclosed. Thereby, the opening/closing of the throttle valve by the throttle valve lever and the opening correction by the throttle position sensor lever can be simultaneously effected through one throttle valve.
