<p>A plastics container, e.g. for cosmetic products of liquid or cream consistency, has a lengthwise strip (108) of a different colour or aspect from the remaining material of the container. The lengthwise edges (140, 141) of the strip are located in lengthwise grooves (111, 112) in the edge of the container. The container and strip can be made by bi-injection of two physically and chemically compatible materials, or by co-extrusion of organic materials. The lengthwise strip can also be made from a thermoplastic elastomer such as SEBS or EPDM.</p> |
