<p>A motor-driven cylinder comprising a motor (1), a plurality of parallel ball screws (4) and (4) which are linked with the motor (1) through transmission members, a plurality of ball nuts (5) and (5) which are screwed on the ball screws (4) and (4), a slider (6) by which the ball nuts (5) and (5) are integrally fixed and a rod (7) which is fixed to the slider (6). The motor-driven has a high thrust and can replace a hydraulic cylinder. If all the cylinders used in a plant are replaced with the motor-driven cylinders, the maintenance efficiency can be improved. <IMAGE></p> |
