摘要 <p>The method and equipment for complex production of bioethanol is based on the concurrent processing of lignocellulose and starch materials (renewable resources). The lignocellulose is hydrolysed in a thermal-pressure process and the non-hydrolysed remaining cellulose is processed by the enzyme cellulase. The starch is lysed using commercially produced amylase. The non-hydrolysed remaining starch is processed by the enzyme cellulase or hydrolysed in a thermal-pressure process. The heat from the hydrolysis solution is used to modify the starch. Enzymatic hydrolysis also takes place in the solution. After modification the glucose solution gained is fermented using replacement separated yeast in a fermenter. The fermented mash is preheated by the hydrolysis solution and distilled in a fermentation still. Un-thickened stillage is used to dilute the hydrolysis solution and exhaust water from rectification is used as diluting water for the thermal-pressure hydrolysis. The equipment used includes a disintegrator line with disintegrator (1), filling unit (28), hydrolysis set (2), connected to a high-pressure expander (3) and atmospheric expander (4) which separate the reaction mix into a liquid suspension and vapour phase. The liquid suspension is put into an apparatus (9) where it is separated into a glucose solution and a solid residue, which is variously processed in the thermal-pressure hydrolysis set (2) or enzymatic hydrolyser (11) using cellulase. The apparatus (9) is connected to the starch enzymatic hydrolyser (14), which is connected with the apparatus (15) for preparation of milled granules and the apparatus (16) for preparation of amylase. The starch enzymatic hydrolyser (14) is connected to a separator (17), from which the output of the solution is connected to an apparatus (18) for modification of the fermentation media and across a heat exchanger (19), then fermenter (20), which is connected through a yeast separator (21) to a distillation apparatus (22) and device (24) for rectification of evaporation residue (23).</p>
