摘要 PURPOSE:To detect service interruption readily and to alleviate the labor for clock adjustment after the restoration of service interruption by storing the present time and service interruption data when a commercial power supply system has stopped, and starting the timing from the time corresponding to the present time data, which are read out at the time of the restoration of service interruption. CONSTITUTION:When a service-interruption detecting means provided in a control circuit 1 detects the service interruption of a commercial power supply system based on the drop of a voltage-divided output 51 of a rectifying voltage detecting circuit 5, the present time, which is timed with a timing means, and the fact of the occurrence of the service interruption are stored into E<2>PROM 2 as the present time data and the service interruption data. When the service is restored after the occurrence of the service interruption, the service-interruption detecting means detects the restoration of service, reads the present time data and the service interruption data out of the ROM 2 and starts the timing again. The display of the occurrence of the service interruption is erased on a display device 3, and the present time at the time of the service interruption is displayed. The time is adjusted to the present time with a clock adjusting switch 4. The present time, which is displayed at the restorations of service, is delayed by the time period of the service interruption. Therefore, the number of pushings of the switch 4 at the time of setting the clock to the present time becomes less, and the labor is saved.
