To conduct heating milk at proper temperature by calculating the time based on the amount of milk, the method includes the following processes ; the first process(100) that detects the amount of milk employing a weight sensor when the milk heating is selected in a microwave oven; the second process(200) which, based on the amount of milk detected, establishes and proceeds the whole heating time ; the third process(300) that completes the cooking by selecting the additional heating time, after cooking is finished.
