A mixture of metal oxide on the mixer is mixed up and crushed, preliminary plasticizing in the temperature of 600-900c, and crushing the powdered pre-plasticized material with a fine grinder to the average grain size of 8um-12um with more than 80% of grain size of 5-15um. In the urethane grinder is the mixture placed, adding up distilled water, binder, disperser, lubricant, and plasticizer, is mixed up for 24 hours for forming slurry. The slurry is pre-heated at 300-400c heat for 12-16 hours. Organic materials are heated up, and increased up to 1100-1200c at least for 24 hours to plasticize. The crystal size becomes larger with reduced number and size of the tissue hole.
