A storage stable liquid foodstuff enriched with anti-oxidant nutrients and vitamins and containing added amounts of provitamin A, and/or vitamins A, C and E, as well as if required vitamins of the vitamin B group, trace and non-trace elements, bioflavonoids, carotenoids, essential fatty acids, ballast substances and/or selenium, is homogenised under high pressure and degassed before and/or after homogenisation. The process is preferably carried out in such a way that homogenisation takes place in two steps. |
