PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective bonding of a skin material with a sound absorbing material and eliminate the necessity of a bonding agent by laminating a non-woven fabric composed of thermoplastic resin on a bonding face of the skin material, melting the whole or a part of the non-woven fabric and turning the same into a bonding agent. SOLUTION: In the process of bonding a skin material 1 of a rubber sheet with a felt sound absorbing material 6 and forming the skin material 5 into a sheet, a non-woven fabric 7 is laminated on a bonding face 5a of the skin material 5 of a sound insulating sheet 4. In that case, the skin material 5 is heated up to the given temperature by a heating oven, and formed into the given shape together with a sound absorbing material 6 by a press. The non- woven fabric 7 is melted by heating in the heating oven and also heat inertia and turned into a bonding agent, by which the skin material 5 is bonded with the sound absorbing material 6. As a result, when the skin material 5 is laminated, respective skin materials 5 are not bonded one another, nor the blocking phenomenon is generated thereon. Therefore, it is not necessary to apply a bonding prevention material on the skin material 5, and the defective bonding with the sound absorbing material 6 can be prevented. |
