PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to change a time setting mode without necessitating any labor and time by making rewriting possible by means of the remote operation of a communication equipment having another remote operation function. SOLUTION: A center station (a facsimile and PC, etc.) executes the remote operation for collecting and rewriting data of a terminal station through a telephone line. That is, in the facsimile 7, summer time start and end dates (a period from the summer time start data to the end is adopted as the summer time period) are set by the remote operation of the center station and also rewriting is executed. Of course, the setting of the summer time start and end dates are set from the operating part 4 of the facsimile 7. CPU 1 of the facsimile 7 automatically corrects time information, that is, executes change-over into the summer time and releases it based on data of the summer time start and end dates which is set in RAM 3. |
