PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect prism projecting lines so as to prevent their damage, etc., and to improve a light diffusion effect by coating a light diffusion surface provided with the plural prism projecting lines in combination by a transparent binder resin dispersed with beads. SOLUTION: A prism base material 2 is formed with a surface adjusting layer 3 by providing the front surface thereof with the plural prism projecting lines 4 and coating the front surfaces of the prism projecting lines 4 with the transparent binder resin 6 dispersed with the beads 5. The rugged boundary surfaces between the plural prism projecting lines 4 and the surface adjusting layer 3 constitute the light diffusion surface 7. The front surface of the surface adjusting layer 3 disposed to coat the prism base material 2 is formed as a smooth surface. The surface adjusting layer 3 covers the front surface of the prism base material 2 formed with the prism projecting lines 4 in such a manner and the surface of the surface adjusting layer 3 is formed as the flat surface and, therefore, the damage of the surface of the prism projecting lines 4 which are the important parts to exhibit a light diffusion effect, i.e., the light diffusion surface 7, by contact with other objects, etc., is prevented. |
