PLASTIC FILM FOR BALLOON AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a decoration balloon of various color tones and of superior glossy design properties by forming a transparent surface layer and a colored layer and biaxially orienting at least the transparent surface layer. SOLUTION: Nylon, bonding resin and titanium oxide white pigment containing straight-chain low density polyethylene are introduced into respective separate extruders, and coextruded cylindrically from a multilayer die so as to form a four-layer film of the resin constitution of nylon A/bonding resin C/white color pigment straight-chain containing low density polyethylene B/white color pigment containing straight-chain low density polyethylene D. Then, air is blown into a tube to orient the film vertically and horizontally by approximately three times the sizes respectively to manufacture, for instance, a plastic film of the total thickness of approximately 33μm and the thickness ratio of approximately 10/3/15/15.
