PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly remove cut refuse by cutting off the outer peripheries of a plurality of styrenic resin foam containers by a force-cutting mold to move the same into a female mold of the force-cutting mold and removing cut refuse by the blow off and suction of air within the female mold. SOLUTION: A raw sheet 2 is subjected to secondary foaming and subsequently molded into a large number of container main bodies 7 by male and female fitting molds. Next, the container main bodies 7 are cut off so as to leave the mouths 11 protruding from the peripheries of the main bodies to obtain individual containers 1. The force-cutting mold 9 consists of a male mold 13 having a cutting blade 12 integrally formed thereto and the female mold 14 under the mold 13 and the male mold 13 is allowed to fall to cut off the outer periphery of each container 1 and this container 1 is pushed in downwardly by a knock-out plate 15. Next, the cut refuse bonded to the container 1 is blown off by the air from the air blow-off port 16 at the opposed position of the upper part of the female mold 14 and sucked by the air suction port 17 under the blow-off port 16 to be removed.
