PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a state and to decide abnormality with higher precision by adopting a multivariable space including many relative variables by plotting variables in the multivariable space in consideration of relative time delay. SOLUTION: The number of the dimensions of the multivariable space is inputted through an input device 104 and stored in a dimension number storage part 105. Reference variables of respective variables and time delays are inputted from the input device 104 by as many as the dimensions stored in the dimension number storage part 105 and stored in a time delay storage part 108. A normal area stored in a normal area storage part 111 is displayed on an output device 110. Data are delayed by times stored in the time delay storage part 108 by the respective variables are obtained from the data in a time-series data storage part 103 and outputted to the output device 110.
