Date Apr. 25, 1996The reusable mailing envelope is constructed from a blank comprising a front panel and a rear panel which are connected along a first fold line. A seal flap formation is connected to the front or rear panel along a second line and includes a seal flap having adhesive on a surface thereof for sealing to one of the panels in a first mailing condition. The seal flap formation includes first and second seal flap sections connected to each other along a fold line, which is not a tear line, and one section is connected along a tear line to the seal flap. The seal flap formation defines reusable structure which allows the envelope to be remailed. The first and second seal flap sections have adhesive on and extending at least partially across the inner surfaces thereof for forming a return sealing flap.
