摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high torque while reducing the external size by magnetizing the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of a tubular magnet, forming stators on the opposite sides, arranging the stator on the inside of the tubular magnet and the coil part of the stator substantially on the side face of the rotor. SOLUTION: In the permanent magnet two-phase electric rotating machine where a predetermined pole magnetized in a tubular permanent magnet 1 and an identical pole magnetized on the outside are arranged on the same normal or displaced from each other by an electrical angle ofπ, inner claw poles 8a, 9a are excited with different polarities when an exciting current is fed to the coil 7 of an inner stator S1. Outer claw poles 12a, 13a are excited with different polarities when an exciting current is fed to the coil 11 of an outer stator S2. Consequently, when AC currents having a phase difference ofπ/2 between the coil 7 of the inner stator S1 the coil 11 of the outer stator S2 such that the inner and outer claw poles on a same normal are displaced by an electrical angle ofπ/2, function as a synchronous motor can be achieved.
