PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable mobile radio terminal equipment capable of sufficiently saving power consumption without impairing transmission function. SOLUTION: A reception electric field strength detection section 3 detects a reception electric field strength. A control section 4 turns off a switch 8 when the reception electric field strength detected by the reception electric field strength detection section 3 is lower than a threshold level to turn off power supply to a transmission section 6, a transmission signal to be sent to a base station is stored in a storage device 5, and when the reception electric field strength is higher than a threshold level V2, the switch 8 is turned on to feed power to the transmission section 6 and the transmission signal stored in the storage device 5 is sent to the base station by the transmission section 6. |
