PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plating vessel which is capable of removing pollutants, such as NOx and SOx, included in exhaust gases, etc., discharged from vehicles, is hardly polluted by these pollutants and is capable of lessening noise. SOLUTION: Sound absorbers 4 on which titanium dioxide is deposited are mounted at the outer flanks of a box-shaped vessel body 1 which allows planting. The noise is absorbed in these sound absorbers 4. The sound absorbers 4 are irradiated with UV light to activate the titanium dioxide, by which the pollutants in the atm. air are removed. |
