A retort steamed rib is processed as the following steps. (1) Cracking process the frozen beef rib by thawing and cutting. (2) Cook the 1800wt. % of choped rib by mixing them with seasonings such as soysauce of 150 to 250wt. % and sugar of 60 to 100wt. %. (3) Retort process the cooked rib by filling it with packaging material of polypropylene/aluminum/polypropylene(PP/Al/PP) or polypropylene/ethylene-vinyl alchohol/polypropylene(PP/EVOH/PP). Zing and filling to a packaging material of polypropylene/ethylene-vinyl alcoh 5Br. A retort steamed rib is processed to cook easily and has an exellent storagability.
