PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct excellent material joining between a cylinder liner and a crank case by conducting special surface treatment to a cylinder liner which is preferably made of a hyper ourec aluminum-silicon and is cast in a crank case. SOLUTION: A cylinder liner stock 9 has, on its outside, a pyramid or lancer shaped projecting material skin flaw or a material deposit part of 30-60μm roughness. This is produced by blowing a particle which is made of a brittle hard material of roughly 70μm average particle size, preferably a high grade corundum crushed to have sharp edge. A fine particle component to be formed is continuously separated and a new particle is added, thus, the average particle size is maintained. |
