PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a releasing unit by installing a pin in such manner that it can be inserted into a groove of a key through a cut part at a releasing position where the key has the optimum angle, and can be rotated to a rear part of a groove wall toward the locking position. SOLUTION: A connecting ring 7 and a locking member 9 have the mutual complementary structure according to the lock key principle. The position and number of the cut parts 14 are corresponding to the pin 11 of the connecting ring 7, so that the pin 11 can be inserted into a groove 13 through the cut part 14 of the locking member 9, when it is inserted into a releasing unit. The locking member 9 is carried from the releasing position to the locking position by the rotation of the locking member 9 around the vertical axis thereof. The pins 11 are respectively paired to be faced to each other in the diameter direction, and further equally distributed throughout the whole periphery of the connecting ring 7. |
