PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a substrate on which strip lines are formed easily in production, low in cost and capable of removing defects characteristic to the structure of the substrate. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted of two layers of insulating substrates, provided with a conductive ground pattern 13 in the neighborhood of an outer periphery between layers to be the layers to adhere to the substrate 11 of an upper layer and the substrate 12 of a lower layer, provided with a through-hole 14 in the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the substrates of the upper layer and the lower layer, and electrically connects the through-hole and the conductive pattern. Thereby, by providing only the through-hole 14 in the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the substrates forming the strip line, the substrate forming the easily produced strip line with a shield effect is realized. |
