PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a diet capable of activating a brain by compounding vitamins A, B1 , B2 , C and E, calcium, lecithin, nucleic acid, docosahexaenoic acid(DHA), a ginkgo leaf extract, sodium glutamate and a stevia concentrate therein. SOLUTION: This granular or solid diet for improving cerebral functions is prepared by compounding 1,600,000 to 2,400,000 units vitamin A, 4 to 6g vitamin B1 , 5.6 to 8.4g vitamin B2 , 40 to 60g vitamin C, 16 to 24g vitamin E, 240 to 360g calcium, 40 to 60g lecithin, 80 to 120g nucleic acid, 240 to 360g DHA, 200 to 400g ginkgo leaf extract, 400 to 600g sodium glutamate and 100 to 200g stevia concentrate obtained by extracting a pulverized stevia plant capable of enhancing the absorption thereof with water under warming and having 20 to 25 sugar content in 10kg product. The resultant diet is easily usable in daily eating habits and is capable of activating a brain. |
