PURPOSE:To provide a system which obviates the degradation in accuracy of an irradiation plan occurring in the bodily movement during the period of irradiation with radiations. CONSTITUTION:This radiation treatment system has a CT system 1 for planning the radiation treatment and a radiation treatment apparatus 2. This CT system 1 includes a system control section 3, a CT scanner section 4 and a treatment planning section 5. The collection data obtd. in this CT scanner section 4 and the respiration data from a sensor 9 are supplied to the treatment planning section 5. The treatment planning section 5 forms plan data for treatment by making the phases of both data correspondent to each other. On the other hand, the radiation treatment device 2 includes an entire part control section 20, a device body section 21 and a driving control section 22. This driving control section 22 controls the timing for the irradiation with the radiations and opening and closing of a collimator 27 based on the plan data for treatment from the CT scanner section 4 in real time according to the respiration data from a sensor 9a. |
