A raw lumber medium for a mushroom cultivation is composed of a raw lumber(10) cut with a fixed size, coating materials(20)(21) of a polymer film which prevent various germs from infiltrating by coating the outside of the raw lumber with two layers of an inner skin and an integument, a species germ injection port formation mold(30) which keeps a species germ inoculation space and forms a species germ injection port with being inserted on the outside of the part coming up to the upper part of the raw lumber of the coating material, and a plastic stopper which closes the species germ injection port formed on the inside of the species germ injection port formation mold.
