摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a healthy food effective in enriching nutrition and promoting the absorption by pulverizing respective powdery materials, controlling the particle sizes, mixing the resultant dried powder of an alga belonging to the genus Spirulina with the prepared oyster shell powder, the obtained acerola powder and the resultant dried seaweed powder, then a brewer's yeast or a lactic acid bacterium thereto and forming the prepared mixture into a granular shape. SOLUTION: This healthy food is prepared by passing respective powdery materials as raw materials through pulverizing and controlling steps for pulverizing the raw materials and controlling the particle sizes, mixing 1500-2500 pts.wt. of the resultant dried powder of an alga belonging to the genus Spirulina with 300-600 pts.wt. of the prepared dried oyster shell powder, 300-500 pts.wt. of the obtained acerola powder and 100-500 pts.wt. of the resultant Wakame seaweed or the dried sea tangle powder, then adding about 600 pts.wt. of an aqueous solution prepared by combining and dissolving an adequate amount of one to several kinds of effective enterobacteria such as a brewer's yeast or a lactic acid bacterium thereto or further adding about 600 pts.wt. of water, subsequently combining the one to several kinds of the effective enterobacteria such as the brewer's yeast or lactic acid bacterium, sufficiently mixing the effective enterobacteria, stirring and kneading the enterobacteria, forming a graular or a tabletlike particulate material and vacuum-drying the resultant material at normal temperatures.
