PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce received reactive power as much as possible when private power plant facilities and a commercial power source system are associated by selecting a 1st or 2nd reactive power wattmeter according to whether the current value of a current transformer for an instrument is larger or smaller than the rated current of a 2nd reactive power wattmeter and taking a measurement, and controlling the private power plant reactive power. SOLUTION: A 1A rated current input type reactive power wattmeter 14 is connected is connected in parallel to a 5A input type reactive power wattmeter 10, and an ammeter 11 with 5A type contact output is connected between the 5A input type reactive power wattmeter 10 and 1A input type reactive power wattmeter 14. A switching contact 12 which is made and broken with a switching signal S from this ammeter 11 with 5A type output is connected to a bypass contact 13. A controller 9b receives a signal from the switching contact 12, a signal from the 5A input type reactive power wattmeter 10, and a signal from the 1A input type reactive power wattmeter 14 and performs ON/OFF control over the automatic voltage controller and power rate improving capacitor 8 of the private power plant facilities 4 according to a sequence. |
