PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a rehabilitation exercise inside a house. SOLUTION: Bent rising pipes 2 and 2 are linked to a horizontal pipe 1 having a receiving part 5 to be freely slid and further, the rising pipes 2 and 2 are linked through a grip pipe 3. Then, a user puts the head on the receiving part 5 attached to the horizontal pipe 1 in a lying posture and pushes/pulls the grip pipe 3 back and forth while grasping it so that the horizontal pipe 1 can be vertically swung with the rising pipes 2 and 2 as a supporting point and the upper half of the body can be stretched with a little power. Besides, when the grip pipe 3 is detached and the rising pipes 2 and 2 are folded inside, this instrument can be stored compact. |
