PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for formation of specimens of plant bodies by water culture. SOLUTION: Water-insoluble carriers 1 having smooth surfaces and having a grain size of 1 to 10mm are packed together with a specific culture soln. 2 based on culture conditions into a vessel 1 for culture and the plant body 3 for the specimen is planted therein and is cultured for a prescribed period. The waterinsoluble carrier 5 and the plant body 3 are thereafter separated, by which the specimen of the plant body 3 is obtd. |
