PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mobile computing with a radio wave state ignored by a user by permitting a computer to monitor the radio wave state to decide whether it can communicate or not, sending transmission information when it can communicate and accumulating the transmission information when it can not communicate so as to send the transmission information when it becomes to communicate. SOLUTION: When a main sending request is made by an application part 201, a radio communicating part 202 monitors radio wave intensity, sends data when it can communicate, holds the sending request when it can not and notifies other parts that it can not communicate. A power supply controlling part 204 cuts off power supply to the part 201 and a data accumulating part 203. In such cases, the part 202 continues to monitor the radio wave intensity until it can communicate and notifies the part 204 that it can communicate when it becomes so. The part 204 resumes power supply to the parts 201 and 203 and sends data according to the sending request. |
