PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a constant current for annealing. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, an amplitude and time setting device 160 is contained such as in a thumb-wheel switch. A constant current source 115 is connected with a current setting device 105. The constant current source 115 is changed over through e.g. a switch 112 while responsing with a timing signal for supporting the constant current to a prescribed continuing time. One pair of electrodes at interval are clamped with a needle 135 and a change-over device 120 is connected with between the constant current source 115 and the electrode pair. Voltage drop with the change-over device 120 is changed to correspond the load variation. |
