<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve buckling strength and display design effect of surface by embossing a novel design on an outside container, in a composite container comprising the outside container made of mainly paper and an inside container made of plastic. SOLUTION: A composite container 1 constituted of an outside container 12 made of mainly paper and an inside container 10 made of plastic housed in the outside container 12 is equipped with a pouring opening 20, a shoulder part 22, a barrel part 24, and a bottom 26. The outside container 12 is embossed with a linear shape, for example, with a vertical stripe embossment A. The composite container 1 is manufactured in such a manner that the outside container 12 is laid in a mold, a heated preform is led into the outside container 12 in the mold for performing stretch blow molding, and at the same time, the outside container 12 and the inside container 10 are integrated through an adhesive. Thus, the plastic inside container can be thinned, and further, classified disposal of papers and plastics is facilitated.</p> |
