PURPOSE:To decrease the quality dispersion of molded items due to excessive charge, and enable overflowed flashes to be cut off from the molded item at the time of releasing the molded item from the mold. CONSTITUTION:A pin hole 3 is made in the cavity 2 at the position except the parting surface of a mold 1. The pinhole 3 is permitted to communicate with an overflow hole 4 provided within the mold 1. When a molding material is excessively supplied into the cavity of the mold 1, a surplus molding material overflows from the pinhole 3 to the overflow hole 4 so that excessive charge is prevented. Also, flashes of the molded material overflowed into the overflow hole 4 are cut at the pinhole 3 at the time of releasing the molding item from the cavity 2. |
