PURPOSE:To heat and extrude a mixture without cutting reinforcing fibers by a method wherein a mixture of reinforcing fibers with a powdered thermoplastic resin is compressed and supplied to an extrusion side of a plunger in a cylindrical casing, and the plunger is pressed under heat toward a delivery-side throttle part. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of reinforcing fibers of a small bulk specific gravity with a powdered thermoplastic resin is compressed and supplied to an extrusion side of a plunger 8 disposed in a cylindrical casing 7 by a compression supply means 9. By pushing the plunger 8 forward, the mixture is passed through a gap along the wall surface of an internal heater 11 to be heated and melted. The melted mixture is introduced to a throttle part 7c of the cylindrical casing 7 to be pressurized, furthermore being uniformly heated in a small-diameter part 7e. |
