PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing ferrite which has sufficient element of additive in the ferrite major component in the state of solid solution and improves the characteristics of ferrite. SOLUTION: Ferrite powder, which is composed of a major component composed of 52-57mol% of Fe2 O3 , 34-42mol% of MnO and 4-11mol% of ZnO and additive, is mixed. Then, the mixture is temporarily baked in reduction atmosphere at 700-930 deg.C to have additive element in the ferrite crystal at the major component phase in the state of solid solution. After molding, the material is fully baked. |
