PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a movement quantity error due to an inertial force generated when a moving body is moved to the right and left by fixing two shield members onto a rotary shaft so that they are shifted by as much as an error generated by the inertial force of the rotary shaft, and providing the shield members with two corresponding shield sensors. SOLUTION: A position control part 2 is fitted to one end of a screw shaft 3 and consits of a shield sensor 8 which detects 'bright'-'dark' switching by a semicircular disk 7 for forward rotation when the screw shaft 3 rotates forward and a shield sensor 10 which detects 'bright'-'dark' switching by a semicircular disk 9 for reversing when the screw shafts 3 reverse. The semicircular disk 7 for forward rotation and semicircular disk 9 for reversing are fitted onto the screw shaft 3 while shifted by the rotational errorθgenerated with the inertial force of the screw shaft 3. Therefore, a rotation error generated in one cycle when one semicircular disk is provided is removed and the forward rotation and reversing are placed in the same rotating operation to cancel rotation errors due to the inertial forces at the time of the forward rotation and reversing.
