<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a welded part from being seen from the front surface side by forming light refraction parts for refracting the light on the part on the front surface side of the welded part on the front surface of a lens. SOLUTION: An inner lens 1 is formed of a transparent synthetic resin and formed into a shape one size smaller than the shape of the erected surface as vied from the front surface, and installation legs 12 are projected rearward from the peripheral edge. In the inner lens 11, welded protrusions formed on the rear surfaces of the installation legs 12 are matched to the front surface of a welding expected part 8 of the front surface of installation stepped parts 6 of a body 2 and welded by ultrasonic welding. Since light refracting parts are formed on the front surface side of welding parts 15 in which the welded part of the welded protrusion and a welded part of the welding clearance are welded, the light is refracted on the inclined surfaces of the light refraction parts 14, moreover, since the welded parts 15 can not be seen from the front surface, the appearance is good.</p> |
