<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a lighting apparatus simply and easily using a limited number of parts to a desired portion of a coping or a column which constitutes a handrail installed nearby the stairs of an outer structure in a house and the like. SOLUTION: In a lighting system for a handrail for an outer structure, a lighting apparatus 6 is fixed, through a fitting base 5, to the handrail consisting of a column 4 and a coping. The column 4 has a recess portion 41 formed in its longitudinal direction, and the fitting base 5 has a protruding portion 51, whereby the protruding portion 51 of the fitting base 5 to which the lighting apparatus 6 is fixed is firmly inserted into the recess portion 41 of the column 4.</p> |
