The present invention is about a measurement method of binding SH2 site of signal transduction protein and peptide which can be used in searching and developing modulator of signal transduction and anticancer drug.The present invention comprises a process of reacting peptide containing phosphorylation tyrosine tagged with biotin and SH2 site of signal transduction protein; a process of measuring binding SH2 site of signal transduction and peptide containing phosphorylation tyrosine with induced color reaction by adding streptavidine binded peroxidase and peroxidase substrate.
