To provide the vehicle with an identification system which is largely fraud proof, wherein the identification part is difficult to remove and it is not necessary to contact a central office or create an extensive administrative organization to determine the relevant data, the invention proposes affixing an electronic storage chip (3) which identifies the vehicle, cannot be removed, and can be read without contact. |
